Definitely check out the Grand Canyon, eat some ribs in St. Louis and enjoy the scenery. The only bumps to be aware is all of the construction zones. Be wary, they give tickets frequently in those areas. I was lucky enough to avoid one but I saw lots of people getting them. Good luck, be safe and have fun.
