"....Nothing was rehearsed, it was all improvised. Recorded using very inexpensive equipment,.." You forgot to mention the quarts of Miller Lite (and Hinano on the good nights) that also contributed to the Hipknowsis sound. This shit came out pretty nice for something that was: A) Never planned out before or during, B) basically just recording whatever came up, C) on the hard drive long enough after each session (unsaved) to forget which guitar parts were played together and which weren't so that some (most?) of the tracks are kind of shoved together, D) like you said, recorded on cheap ass equipment. Remember bringing over chicken wire to try and shield the inputs so that we didn't record that rock station every time? That didn't work so well but it might have been the most strategy that was put into any of the recordings.

Overall it was fun as hell and worked out way better than I thought it would. You come up with some crazy shit on guitar, now if you could just remember it the next day you would be on something. Luckily we recorded some of it.

Oh, and by the way the 'Tried by 12' sample that you figured out and covered with my shitty Costco ukelele is ill. I've played that for people (mostly hip hop djs) and they trip. Good shit. The beat I made for that is lame (ocean sounds??) but whatever, still fun to listen to.
