There are parrots all around Brooklyn College as well, especially around the track (on Campus Road) and the neighborhood adjacent to the track. They've nested atop the lights surrounding the track, but now with construction, they've moved their nest to different trees in the area. They're quite annoying, and from what I've seen, they seem to be edging out the pigeon population (BARELY) since they both compete for the same food.
